The leaders of AGN Avocats

Philippe Charles graduated from a Magistère DJCE and from HEC, and worked at Baker & McKenzie law firm before founding AGN Avocats. He is very interested in the evolution of French distribution and more particularly in network strategies. Philippe Charles is the author of the Guide de la Distribution published by Lexis Nexis and teaches this subject at HEC Paris.

Jérôme Célié holds a DJCE Magistère degree and worked for Taj Deloitte in Paris and London. He was in London when the English legal market was liberalized. Convinced that the wave would arrive in France, he joined the dynamic AGN Avocats when he came back to France to open the AGN office in Levallois.

He holds a Master’s degree in business law in France and in the United Kingdom and worked in the employment law team at Baker & McKenzie for ten years. He joined AGN Avocats soon after its creation, in particular to support the development of the AGN network on the national territory.
